Group Admission
Discount is 20% for groups of 20+. Advanced reservations is required.

Note: Discount will not be applied unless 20 tickets are purchased for the same time slot on the same day. A maximum of 30 tickets can be reserved for one time slot due to capacity restraints on the shuttle from the parking lot.

For groups larger than 30, you will need to select multiple arrival times. Please call 619-409-5908 if you have issues.

Book an experience you and your family will never forget. While the Living Coast is closed to the public, you will be escorted on a private tour around the Discovery Center, visiting native wildlife such as sea turtles, sharks & rays, and eagles. Then complete your tour with an up-close encounter of one of our many animal ambassadors.


Private Wildlife Tour includes:
  • 2-hour private tour by highly trained educator
  • Admission for up to 10 people
  • Encounter with one of our animal ambassadors
  • Options include:
    • Feed the Rays
    • Reptile Encounter (snake, tortoise, or lizard)
*Animal preferences are not guaranteed. Due to the avian flu, bird encounters are unavailable at this time.
